"The lady who answered the phone 10/18/24 1:20pm, can’t indicate her name because she didn’t say it, needs to seriously work on her customer service skills and phone etiquette. You don’t answer the phone like you don’t want to be there or assist and most importantly you don’t cut someone off while they’re in the middle of explaining why they called. She abruptly cut me off and stated “Let me pull your account up, what’s your name?” . People these days just lack customer service skills."

"Switching to Sean after my State Farm Agent retired was the WORST experience i have ever had in my 30+ years with State Farm! The office rarely answers the phone. Sean takes FOREVER to get back to you. We were trying to get life insurance. One would think he would WANT business! NEVER called back. Over charged on certain items. Didn't correct mistakes and the list goes on and on!!!! After two years with his office I went back to my old State Farm office (New agent took over) and transferred back. It took my new agent over a week to get a response out of Sean then took forever to transfer our stuff (after the new agent called and emailed Sean several times over a couple of weeks). HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service! I never spoke with my retired agent as much as I spoke with (or tried to), speak with Sean's office in 30 over years with State Farm! I have no problems since the switch. I don't know how he stays in business!"
