"Switching to Sean after my State Farm Agent retired was the WORST experience i have ever had in my 30+ years with State Farm! The office rarely answers the phone. Sean takes FOREVER to get back to you. We were trying to get life insurance. One would think he would WANT business! NEVER called back. Over charged on certain items. Didn't correct mistakes and the list goes on and on!!!! After two years with his office I went back to my old State Farm office (New agent took over) and transferred back. It took my new agent over a week to get a response out of Sean then took forever to transfer our stuff (after the new agent called and emailed Sean several times over a couple of weeks). HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service! I never spoke with my retired agent as much as I spoke with (or tried to), speak with Sean's office in 30 over years with State Farm! I have no problems since the switch. I don't know how he stays in business!"
